Triumph Daytona 675 Connecting Rod Bearing Shell

- 1.476 mm to < 1.482 mm = white
- 1.482 mm to < 1.488 mm = red
- Connecting bolt rods must be used only once, if the bolts are removed or undone, new bolts must always be used. Reusing bolts can cause connecting rods and caps to detach from the crankshaft causing severe engine damage, loss of motorcycles control and an accident
- The race kit conrod bearing shells are produced in a higher grade of alloy than the standard parts. This improves durability and reduces friction, improving engine performance and reliability under racing conditions
- The race kit conrod bearing shells should be assembled in the same manner as the standard conrod bearing shells follow procedure detailed in section 5 of the Daytona 675 service manual to remove the connecting rods, for selecting the correct bearing shells for each conrod and refitting the conrods
