Delivery & Returns


Whenever possible, we will exchange an item bought at for a similar item. For instance if you received an apparel item that does not fit or have bought an accessory that is not the right part for your bike.

All we request is that the products are sent back in the original packing and the goods are in the same unused condition as when you received them. We will only refund or replace helmets where it is clear they have never been worn or used and are in their original packaging.

They can be returned up to 30 days after receipt.  After that period, you will need to contact us to agree a return. reserves the right not to accept returns after 30 days.

Items that are defective because of manufacturing process can be exchanged for a new item or a full refund will be issued once the item is returned to No additional shipping expenses will be incurred.

Items damaged during shipment, will require filing a claim with the appropriate shipping carrier. Once proof the claim is provided, can complete an exchange for a new/similar item or refund if necessary.

Parts that have been fitted to a motorcycle cannot be returned. Electrical parts cannot be returned unless they are returned without having been removed from their original packaging.

If you choose to reject the order in order to avoid paying local taxes, then you will not be able to claim the item has been returned and claim a refund. No refund will be provided in this circumstance.

Special Orders

In the case of an item that is not normally stocked by and has been specially ordered for a customer, we reserve the option to add a re-stocking fee to the order if it is returned.  The re-stocking fee will be charged at’s discretion up to 25% of the value of the item.

Sales & Promotional Items

Items sold ‘on sale’ and promotional items can only be returned at the discretion of  If you wish to return an item bought on sale or promotion please contact us first.

Cancelled Orders

Orders cancelled prior to dispatch will not usually attract a cancellation fee.  If the product has been dispatched to you, return postage and insurance must be paid by you. will refund the value of the product returned.  (Please see above for special orders).


Your order will be delivered by UPS for USA Domestic orders or USPS/DHL for International Orders. Upon shipment of your order you will receive an email with tracking numbers or numbers and other information so that you can track your package from our warehouse to your shipping address. All orders shipped are covered under the minimum insurance provided by the carrier. Additional insurance and other services such as signature required are available, please contact us for more information, additional shipping charges may apply.

Local taxes or duties: Please note that you may be charged for import tax or duty by your local tax or duty office on your order from if you are outside of the Unites States. has no influence over these charges, and we cannot provide estimates for whether you will be charged import duty or tax, or how much any charges might be.  Please check whether such charges apply before placing your order as can in no way be held responsible for these taxes or duties which must be met be you.

Shipping Forwarders: Please note that if you use a shipping forwarder to on-ship a delivery from Pure Ducati after it has been received from our shipping agent, we cannot be held responsible for the condition of the item in the hands of the shipping forwarder.
